Reservation Policy
Means of payment possible: bank transfer, French bank cheque, cash.
A deposit of 25% will be requested at the time of booking.
Deposit: 400,- Euro, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
The offer sent is detailed and indicates what it includes: the rental price, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
All flats are non-smoking inside.
For pets, please contact us in advance.
We will welcome you on site to hand over the key.
Arrival time between 16:00 and 20:00 | Departure time before 10:00.
Additional services :
Tourist tax 0,80 euros per adult per night (compulsory).
Final cleaning 60,- euros (highly recommended).
Bed linen 20,- euros per person and towels 5,- euros per person (if required).
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation less than 60 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged and
in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the full rental price must be paid.
Payment of the total price of the stay has been made in full on the day of arrival
